mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman";font-size:10.5000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">普工数名: 17-45岁，初中及以上文化，视力1.0以上，工资按劳动法22天8小时制，其他时间出勤均另算加班费，底薪2800元/月( 其中包括岗位工资550元及全勤50元)，加特殊岗位津贴50-300元/月，平时加班18.97元/小时，周六/周日加班25.29元/小时，节假日加班37.94元/小时，加优秀员工奖，超产奖( 平均工资5200-6000元/月)环境舒适。试用期1个月( 对表现良好者可免试用期，直接转为正式员工)，公司严格执行劳动法规要求，为员工购买社会保险，商业保险，每月休息4天，国家法定节假日带薪休假，住宿舍者超规定用电、用水的部分由宿舍人员平均平摊，不住宿舍者另有房补100元。员工在我司工作满一年以上者有老员工工龄奖及年终奖、每月为员工发放生日礼物，每月评选优秀员工，颁发优秀员工奖、组织优秀员工旅游等等，公司逢年过节为员工发放礼品及举行文艺晚会、演出聚餐，于每年年终结合公司效益发放年终奖金，并对优秀员工提供晋升通道，员工→助拉 一>组长 一>主管 一>经理 一>总监。每月月中准时发上月工资，公司不扣员工任何费用，每年根据劳动法政策给员工加薪，更多福利见本公司薪酬制度。
